The minimum applies per product: three flavours of the same protein are three products, and each one carries its own minimum, because each flavour is blended separately.

All three certificates are issued by BM Certification. The FDA registers food facilities; it does not certify manufacturers.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard minimum order: 500 bottles per product for capsules and tablets. Selected first production runs may start from 100 units, depending on the product format and the packaging. Powders start at 300 kg of finished blend, effervescent tablets, sachets and sports nutrition at 100 kg, syrups at 100 litres and vitamin oils at 20 litres.

Products are manufactured at the EU facility in Mārupe, Latvia, operated by SIA Pharma Market Solutions, which holds the ISO 22000, GMP and HACCP certificates. Commercial contracts are issued by PHARMA EUROPE SOLUTIONS 2023 SL in Marbella, Spain. Both companies are under the same ownership.
Do I need my own formula?
No. More than 300 ready-made formulas are already developed and in production across capsules, tablets, softgels and effervescent tablets. Any of them can be manufactured under your own label, and a dose can be changed or a component removed if your volume supports it.
How long does production take?
Four to eight weeks from approval of the formula and the label artwork. Effervescent tablets, sachets and sports nutrition start from four weeks.
What shelf life is given?
Eighteen months as a minimum, set by the shortest-lived ingredient in the formula rather than by the longest — which is why a vitamin C tablet and a fish oil softgel do not carry the same date.
Does the product need registration before sale in the EU?
Food supplements in the EU are notified, not approved. The company named on the label files a notification with its national authority before sale — AESAN in Spain. We supply the composition and the batch documentation; the filing is made by the brand owner.
