2. Sample Development
Once the initial formulations have received approval, our New Product Development Technologist will swiftly commence work on sample development. 3. Sample Approval
Once the formulation has been perfected to meet your specifications and complies with all regulatory standards, it will undergo final approval. Both the customer and Pharma Europe management will review and sign off on the formulation, signaling its readiness to proceed to full-scale manufacturing. 4. Label Approval
Upon final specification sign-off, Pharma Europe will furnish a cutter guide outlining the packaging requirements for your product. This guide serves as a blueprint for creating the artwork. With this information, you can proceed to complete the artwork for your packaging, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your brand identity and product specifications. Additionally, if desired, we can provide samples of labels upon request. These samples offer a tangible representation of how the final packaging will look, allowing you to assess its visual appeal and make any necessary adjustments before proceeding with full-scale production.

5. Manufacturing
After the completion of all preceding steps and formal sign-off from both the Customer and Pharma Europe, the moment of realization arrives. Full-scale manufacturing of the products will commence, orchestrated with precision and care to ensure adherence to the approved specifications and the highest quality standards. Once the manufacturing process is complete, the products will be ready for collection or packing, depending on your preference.
